I have been using this wonderful product for years now and lately almost every day for post surgery muscle soreness. I have a good sniffer (nose) and luckily it even smells good. One warning don't touch your eyes if you haven't washed your hands after using.

Amazing stuff. I’m a massage therapist. Built an ice wall with my kids on new years. I did most the shovelling. My shoulder was aching the next day. I put some of this stuff on it and it was better the next day.
